Thubten Shedrubling Foundation started its work with the Basic Computer Course and took admission of the first batch of students on October 12, 2017. 99 students enrolled for Basic Computer Course and the classes started on October 31, 2017 to continued till January 7, 2018. 90% of the applicants were school students, remaining were college students and employed. Theory and practical examination were held on 2nd and 3rd of February, 2018.
Out of 99 students, 34 students with 75% attendance were eligible to sit for the final exam and 21 students completed the course with grade A, 9 students with grade B, 3 students with grade C and 1 student with grade D.
After the exam the certification ceremony and commencement of Tibetan language and Philosophy Classes were held on 3rd March, 2018.
The second period of admission for the Basic and Advanced Computer Courses stated on the 15th of February, 2018. 58 students enrolled for the Basic Course and 11 students for the Advanced Course. Basic Course was held during on March 1, 2018 -June 6, 2018. The Advanced Course started on the 4th of April and is expected to finish the first week of July, 2018. Exams for the Basic Course were held on the 9th and 10th of June, 2018.
